Andrew’s brownies

Brownies

Ingredients

250g chocolate

300g butter

250g sugar

6 eggs

400g flour

2.5 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

350g walnuts (crushed)

Method

• Melt butter and chocolate in microwave or in boiling water.

• Mix eggs and sugar.

• Add flour and baking powder and mix slowly.

• Add walnuts.

• Put in dish.

• Cook in oven – 180 degrees, 40 minutes
